GUIDE

BOOKING APPLICATION

  • We are accepting your booking for Connect Inn through our website, some booking sites, phone and email.

  • Available language : Japanese / English / Korean

  • Minimum stay : 1 night

  • We only accept original group members to stay. Extra visitors are not accepted unless main representative mentions and pays extra fee.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is required when you check-in

  • We accept Cash or Credit card

  • If it incurs additional fee we will charge when you check-out

 TAX ON ACCOMMODATION

Tax on accommodation is required per person per day.

CHECK IN

  • Check-in starts at 4PM. Please visit reception desk.

  • Although we accept check-in before 4PM, we can serve you to your room after 4PM.

  • Payment is required when you check-in

  • We ask you to fill out the contact form. We use that in case of lost things and any other special occasion only.

  •  Please note that we will take copy of your passport if you are tourist who does not have existing address in Japan.

CHECK OUT

  • Check-out is by 10AM.

  • Extending your stay will be required additional charge as ¥1000-/hour for 10AM to 2PM. After 2PM, we charge full price of 1 night.

  • We do not accept additional stay when next day is fully booked nor accepting over time after 2PM.

WHEN YOU GO OUT

  •  Please note that the room key is under your management while your stay. If lost, We require ¥5000- for the replacement.

  • There is not curfew. Please go out anytime.

CANCELLATION

  • SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL, PLEASE DO SO 1 WEEK BEFORE OF YOUR BOOKING.

  • There is no charge for the cancellation before 1 week of your booking date. We require 100% of service fee anything after that.

  • No-show will be charged 100% of service fee.

  • After your booking, we ask full price of your service fee as deposit of your booking.

LATE ARRIVAL

  • Please contact us for any late arrivals.

  • Your booking will be cancelled automatically if you are late for your arrival time without notification.

  • Any last minute cancellation follows our cancellation policy.

INFORMATION / AMENITY

  • Shared bathroom is available 24/7.

  • Your room has Kitchen, Restroom(Several room has Bathroom as well), TV, Refrigerator, AC and Hair dryer.

  • Free Wi-Fi is available.

  • Smoking in our hotel including balcony is prohibited.

  • For consecutive stay clients, we do not provide room cleaning. Please request if you need.
